De blauwe vinvis is het grootste dier dat er is. Het gewicht, 180 ton, is zwaarder dan van enig ander dier. Helaas heeft de walvisjacht de blauwe vinvis populatie verkleind van 300.000 tot 2.000.

Eik
De eik is een boom. Ze kunnen heel oud worden, zelfs ouder dan een mens! Eiken produceren duizenden eikels per jaar. De eikenprocessierups eet de jonge bladeren van de eik. De brandharen van de rups kunnen knap irritant zijn voor huid, ogen en luchtwegen. Komt in Nederland en België met opwarmen van het klimaat steeds vaker voor.
Tyrannosaurus
One of the most famous and fearsome dinosaurs, T. rex lived during the Late Cretaceous (around 68–66 million years ago). As an apex predator, it measured up to 40 feet (12 meters) in length, stood about 13–15 feet (4–5 meters) tall at the hips, and weighed between 9–14 tons. It had powerful jaws lined with teeth capable of crushing bone, a robust skull, and tiny but functional arms. Its diet included large prey like hadrosaurs and ceratopsians.
Patagotitan
A colossal sauropod dinosaur from the Late Cretaceous (about 100 million years ago), closely related to Argentinosaurus. Found in Patagonia, it is estimated to have reached lengths of up to 122 feet (37 meters) and weighed 55–77 tons. It was a slow-moving herbivore, relying on its size for protection against predators.
Argentinosaurus
One of the largest known sauropods, Argentinosaurus lived during the Late Cretaceous (around 97–93 million years ago) in what is now South America. It could reach lengths of 98–115 feet (30–35 meters) and weigh as much as 100 tons. Argentinosaurus was a herbivore, with a long neck for reaching high vegetation and a massive, barrel-shaped body.

De Boeing 747 is een vliegtuig. Al sinds 1969 is het korter dan een Sequoia boom. De spanwijdte is langer dan de eerste vlucht van de gebroeders Wright (37 meter).
